With over 16 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, Molly’s work continues to evolve as she focuses on creating individualized sessions that address areas of restriction, restore movement, and support long-term function. Her approach is rooted in assessing how the whole body is working together. Pain and limitation are rarely isolated, and treatment often extends beyond the primary area of concern to address contributing patterns of tension, overuse, and compensation. Her work is hands-on and clinically focused, with an emphasis on depth, precision, and effectiveness.
Molly has additional training in the assessment and treatment of TMJ disorders, including intraoral massage therapy when appropriate. This specialized work is integrated thoughtfully into treatment plans and supports clients experiencing jaw pain, headaches, facial tension, and related dysfunction.
Opening this clinic brings together work that is deeply meaningful to Molly and the life she has built in her community. She loves the balance of running her dream clinic while sharing life with her husband and two children, and values creating a space that supports collaboration, sustainability, and thoughtful care.

With over a decade of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)), Carly’s practice is grounded in thoughtful, individualized care that supports recovery, pain relief, and confident movement. Her work is informed by experience in both therapeutic and high-performance settings and focuses on helping the body move more comfortably and efficiently over time.
Carly’s approach is rooted in understanding how the body functions as a whole. Pain and restriction are rarely isolated, and treatment often extends beyond the area of concern to address contributing patterns related to movement, posture, load, and recovery. Sessions combine skilled hands-on therapy with careful history taking and assessment, allowing treatment to evolve alongside each client’s needs.
Earlier in her career, Carly worked extensively in high-performance sport, including roles as Head Athletic Therapist for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats Football Club (CFL), Varsity Athletic Therapist at McMaster University, and with the Canadian Women’s 7s Rugby team during their preparation for the Tokyo Olympic Games. This background continues to inform her clinical reasoning, while her current practice is centred on long-term, sustainable care for everyday life.
Now based in Metchosin, Carly values building lasting therapeutic relationships and supporting people at all activity levels. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys life in Metchosin with her young, active family and can often be found exploring the trails, beaches, and wild spaces that make the area so special.
